Go ahead and submit your info through our webpage, too. That way we can take a deeper look at your background and see if you’re a good fit for other available jobs.

Agility is committed to helping the top talent in the markets we serve find their dream career. To that end, our recruiters will help with interview prep including insight on our clients and their culture as well as do’s and don’ts for interviews. We will also help with resume touch up as needed. Additionally, our video interviews really help our candidates stand out as our clients get a full view of you and your personality as a candidate, rather than just a resume.

We ask that you call us after the interview to let your Recruiter know how the interview went and what was discussed. If you haven’t heard back from your Agility recruiter within 48 hours after the follow up call, please reach out to check on the status or any next steps. Our recruiters are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process, whether you are offered a position or not.

We pay weekly each Friday and do offer direct deposit that you will set up during our easy on line on boarding process. First check will be the Friday AFTER the week you start working, as our pay week is Monday-Sunday and we pay the following Friday. You will complete on line timesheet weekly and submit to your job site supervisor at the end of each pay week.

We realize that not every job is right for every person and sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact your Recruiter immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. You must give your notice to your Staffing Supervisor at Agility rather than your job supervisor at your workplace. Giving proper notice insures your record remains in good standing with Agility Staffing and our client companies.

Absolutely. Our first step when we get a new opening is to search our internal database of candidates who we have already met with. In most cases, if we feel you are a fit for a new opportunity, you will get an email with job description or at least highlights of the role, pay, location and hours so you can let us know if you are still on the lookout for a new opportunity.
